Deadly Bacteria Recall: Over 250,000 Pounds of Frozen Food Recalled in Multiple States


Various foods have been recalled recently due to possible contamination of Listeria, a deadly bacteria.

Green Chile Food Company issued a recall for 252,854 pounds of their frozen burritos for Listeria contamination on May 13th.

The USDA reports the recall is effective in multiple states including California, Illinois, Oregon, and South Dakota.
