California Sends STRONG MESSAGE To Pro-Lifers

Pro-life activists David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of the Center for Medical Progress were incredibly brave undercover journalists that got incredible footage of Planned Parenthood employees admitting or alluding to selling aborted babies' body parts and killing live infants in botched abortion procedures.

In a sane and caring society, this heroic work would be lauded and Planned Parenthood would be locked up immediately. But in our evidently very depraved culture, Daleiden and Merritt are the ones being criminalized.

The Christian Post reports that California has just charged the two journalists with 15 counts of invasion of privacy for recording Planned Parenthood without their knowledge.

Now, if you're thinking (like us) that undercover journalism is not a crime (and actually is quite necessary to preserve a society free of tyranny), you are right. However, California has teamed up with a Planned Parenthood collaborator to manipulate the laws to protect the abortion giant.

Conservative blogger Matt Walsh explains it here:

"The case against Daleiden is as weak as the case in defense of Planned Parenthood. California prosecutors allege that Daleiden recorded the videos without the consent of his subjects, which is obviously true, but if that constitutes a criminal act then all undercover journalism is a crime. Prosecutors say the baby butchers had an expectation of privacy, but this is laughable considering the fact that many of these conversations took place in restaurants and at a highly attended abortionist convention."

"Of course, California has a way around this. Their former Attorney General, Kamala Harris, collaborated with Planned Parenthood to draft legislation that would specifically target, and retroactively criminalize, the Center For Medical Progress, and in the process journalism itself. Harris has been deep in the pockets of baby killers for a long time, and crafting this law at the behest of Planned Parenthood in order to punish Planned Parenthood’s enemies is just the culmination of years spent as a prostitute for the abortion industry."

Planned Parenthood gloated in a statement about the 15 charges:

"As we have said from the beginning, and as more than a dozen different state investigations have made clear: Planned Parenthood has done nothing wrong, and the only people who broke the law are those behind the fraudulent tapes. The California Attorney General filing criminal charges sends a clear message that you cannot target women and you cannot target health care providers without consequences. We look forward to justice being served."

But really, the clear message is that anyone who seeks to expose Planned Parenthood's gross murders for profit will be put in jail. How's that for intimidation?

But Daleiden is not scared. After already having gone through this in Texas, he made this strong statement:

"The bogus charges from Planned Parenthood's political cronies are fake news. They tried the same collusion with corrupt officials in Houston, TX and failed: both the charges and the DA were thrown out."

"The public knows the real criminals are Planned Parenthood and their business partners like StemExpress and DV Biologics—currently being prosecuted in California—who have harvested and sold aborted baby body parts for profit for years in direct violation of state and federal law."

"We look forward to showing the entire world what is on our yet-unreleased video tapes of Planned Parenthood's criminal baby body parts enterprise, in vindication of the First Amendment rights of all," he added.

Wow! Talk about brave! What do you think of California's obliteration of justice and collaboration with Planned Parenthood? Let us hear what you think in the Comments!
