It's not just cows that appreciate Chick-fil-A. Customers are calling the Christian-owned fast food chain the best in America, too.
According to AOL Finance, a QSR Magazine survey says Chick-fil-A ranked number one among its competitors, particular in one key area. What area is that?
Aside from offering scrumptious menu items and fast service to a customer base that appreciates the company's conservative values, survey takers rated the chicken restaurant very high in politeness. In fact, a report showed 95% of employees telling customers "thank you" at drive-thru windows. "Please" is often heard, too.
The company's senior director of hospitality and service design Mark Moraitakis explained, "It's all about speed and accuracy, but we know our customers appreciate that we can be nice while being fast and accurate. Eye contact and smiling go a long way in the drive-thru experience."
And the great customer service pays off. Chick-fil-A actually brings in more revenue per location than any other fast food chain.
