Charleston Church Shooter Gets POWERFUL Sentence

Dylann Roof, the 22-year-old convicted of killing 9 members of a black church in Charleston, South Carolina, has been handed a powerful sentence for the atrocities he committed.

A federal jury handed down the death penalty for the June 17, 2015 massacre that shook the nation, according to Fox News.

Roof acted as his own attorney and insisted there was nothing wrong with him.

The members of Emanuel AME Church who were killed had welcomed Roof into their Bible study.

Assistant U.S Attorney Jay Richardson told the jury, “The defendant had come not to learn, not to receive the Word, but he came with a hateful heart and a Glock 45.”
