January 19 is a special day for former "Full House" star Jodie Sweetin. It is her birthday! Sweetin, who played the beloved middle child Stephanie Tanner on the popular comedy show, is now 36 years old.

When her time on "Full House" ended as a 13-year-old, Sweetin experienced a difficult time transitioning into the "real world." She fell into a slippery slope and ended up going to rehab several times in her late teens and early twenties. After several years of lying, addiction, and leading a double life, Sweetin made a complete life turn in 2008.

The actress began speaking out about addictions in colleges and eventually wrote a book about her struggles. While her relationships were still rocky and she was still dealing with addiction, things have looked up for the actress since 2016 when she began working on "Fuller House" and competed on "Dancing With the Stars."

While Sweetin has been open about struggling throughout the years, she has always kept a close relationship with her original "Full House" costars. For Sweetin's birthday, Candace Cameron Bure shared an adorable series of photos to showcase her relationship with her "sister."

Bure said, "Swipe through- because this is the BEST summary of my relationship with @jodiesweetin. Happy birthday gorgeous woman! You are one of my best friends and will always be my little sis (even when you take care of me.) I love you!!!!"
