BREAKING: Police Find 'Facebook Murderer' After Car Pursuit And Shot Fired

Police are reporting that they have found the man responsible for murdering 74-year-old Robert Godwin Sr. while streaming it live on Facebook.

Godwin was walking home from Easter dinner with his family when Steve Stephens drove up to him and shot him in the head. The act was random and police feared more killings by Stephens.

After a massive manhunt, authorities are reporting they found Stevens in Erie, Pennsylvania. Officers engaged in a short police pursuit with him and it ended after Stephens shot himself.

Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Wolf, issued a tweet stating his thanks to all the officers involved for capturing Stephens.

"Thank you to the brave @PAStatePolice troopers for their vigilance in pursuing the Facebook killer. Thankful no one in PA was hurt," Wolf tweeted.
