BREAKING NEWS: Famous Televangelist Dies At 78

Jan Crouch, one of the biggest stars of televangelism, has died at the age of 78.

According to FOX News, Jan died after suffering a stroke in Orlando. Her death was preceded by her husband Paul's passing in 2013.

In a statement, her son Matt wrote, "Viewers of the Trinity Broadcasting Network knew her as someone who partnered with Paul Crouch in the launch and expansion of TBN, and as someone who came into their homes for over 40 years. To thousands of orphans around the world, and those orphaned in spirit, she was Momma Jan, quick with a smile, a gift, and a word of encouragement."

The sometimes controversial televangelist couple had an undoubtable massive influence on America as they reached into viewers' homes on 5,000 television stations.
