This terrifying situation comes shortly after the nationwide Amber Alert for 16-year-old Elizabeth Thomas, who was abducted by her married, 51-year-old teacher Tad Cummins. Thankfully, both were eventually found safe after more than a month of being on the run. Cummins has been in custody since, but new information regarding his case recently came forward at the end of July.
