At Least 20 People Dead in Terror Attack Explosion

A breaking news story was just reported by Fox News. According to sources, at least 20 people have died in a terror attack explosion.

"An Afghan hospital official says an explosion inside a minority Shiite mosque in western Herat, on the border with Iran, has killed at least 20 people," according to the Associated Press.

The explosion reportedly took place inside of a Shiite Muslim mosque in Herat, Afghanistan. Initial reports were suggesting two attackers, though that has yet to be confirmed.

“The official, Dr. Mohammed Rafique Shehrzad, said 20 bodies were brought to his Main Hospital in Herat city, the capital of western Herat province Monday night, soon after the blast shattered the late evening,” reported Fox News.

The attack took place at the Jawadia Mosque in Herat. It is on the western side of the city. At this time, no group or person has claimed responsibility for the attack.
