'Silver Chair' Will Be More Than Just the Next 'Narnia' Movie

Marshwiggle fans, there's no reason to be gloomy. C.S. Lewis' fourth "Chronicles of Narnia" book, "The Silver Chair," is in active development and nearing production. But it won't exactly be a continuation of the three "Narnia" movies released in the 2000s.

According to Collider, script writer David Magee and producer Mark Gordon are bringing this beloved story to life with a completely different production team, directors, and actors. It's actually being billed as more of a reboot than a sequel.

Will this new movie stay true to the classic novels and Christian allegory we all love? We may not find out for a while as a release date has not yet been given.

Are you excited about this? Were you a fans of the most recent movies or the late '80s BBC TV series?
