ABC News reported that three people are dead after a workplace shooting Maryland. The shooting took place at a business north of Baltimore.
Early Wednesday morning, shots were fired in Emmorton Business park in Edgewood which is about 30 miles northeast of Baltimore.
“We can confirm we on the scene of a shooting in the Emmorton Business Park. Multiple injuries reported,” wrote the Harford Sheriff.
Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler told reporters this morning that the suspect was still on the loose, according to ABC.
A representative from the University of Maryland Medical Center confirmed that in addition to the three people who have passed away, two patients have been admitted in connection to the shooting.
Both are in critical condition, according to the hospital.
Schools in the Edgewood, Maryland, area, are on a "modified lockdown," according to Harford County Public Schools, says ABC.
According to Paul Jaffey from ABC, the police are in active pursuit of the suspect.
The suspect is named Radee Labeeb Prince.
“He is wanted in the shooting of five people, killing at least three, at the Emmorton Business Park Wednesday morning in Harford County.”
The police said he may be driving a 2008 black GMC Acadia SUV with Delaware registration PC064273. The police warned that he is considered armed and dangerous.
“Proceed with caution and call 911 if you believe you see him.”
